Recent projects have included negotiations on behalf of end-user clients with "hot" issues relating to IRS actions regarding the long-standing Federal Excise Tax, as well as with the providers of traditional telephone services as well as broadband (high speed and capacity) services.The firm frequently assists in the identification of client needs, preparation of requests for proposal or quote (RFP or RFQ), the analysis of the options offered, and ultimate recommendations addressing both hardware and service options. By spending time doing a careful analysis of clients' existing telecommunications environment(s) and understanding the client's ultimate goals, we have been able to secure premium goods and services with optimum pricing and terms, while assuring compliance.
